Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Israeli Ki-Aikido Federation ("the Site" or "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information on ki-aikido-israel.com. It is drafted under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13 (effective August 14, 2025).

2. Information We Collect
- Via contact form: full name, phone, email, message content. The content is sent to the operator via WhatsApp when you submit the form.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): cookie identifiers, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic region, pages viewed, session duration. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Marketing (Meta Pixel): Meta cookie identifiers and basic page events (view, click) used to measure Facebook and Instagram campaign performance.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (health, religion, origin). If you write sensitive information in the contact form, its use is limited to the purpose for which it was sent.
3. Purposes
- Responding to inquiries, scheduling trial classes, enrolling students, and communicating about class schedules and payments.
- Understanding site usage and improving the site (analytics).
- Marketing and measurement of Facebook / Instagram campaigns (only if you consent).
4. Legal Basis
- Contact form — your explicit consent when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- Analytics and marketing — explicit consent given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
5. Third-Party Recipients
Information may be processed by:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — analytics data. Privacy Policy.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel, WhatsApp) — marketing data and delivery of messages sent from the form. Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting provider — processes technical logs strictly for server operation.
We do not sell personal information to any third party.
6. International Transfers
The third parties above (Google, Meta) store and process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Transfers rely on these providers' standard safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
- Contact form messages (in the operator's WhatsApp) — until the inquiry is resolved, and at most 24 months.
- Google Analytics data — up to 26 months.
- Meta Pixel data — up to 180 days or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
8. Your Rights (Amendment 13)
- Right to access information held about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to request deletion of information no longer needed.
- Right to object to processing and to withdraw consent for analytics/marketing at any time.
- Right to receive a copy of the information you provided.

9. Security
We apply reasonable security measures: HTTPS on all pages, storage of messages only in the operator's secured account, and use of processors with international security standards.
10. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies required for operation plus optional analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage consent via Cookie settings.
11. Children
The site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 16. If you are a parent/guardian and identify that a minor submitted data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Database Registration
The operator is an Osek Patur (exempt business). Under Israeli law, a database must be registered with the Registrar only if it exceeds the quantitative threshold (10,000 records) or contains sensitive data. At the time of publication, these thresholds are not met.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The update date appears at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
