Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the website ki-aikido-israel.com and registration for the classes and services of the Israeli Ki-Aikido Federation, operated by Dmitry Chulkin, Osek Patur (the "Operator").
1. Acceptance
Using the site and registering for classes constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or service.
2. Services
- Group and private Ki-Aikido classes at locations listed on the site.
- Kiatsu sessions — a Japanese practice that supports the body's natural balance. Kiatsu is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice.
- Informational content, articles, and professional videos.
3. Registration and Trial Class
A first trial class (90 minutes) is offered free of charge and without obligation. To register, fill the contact form or reach out via WhatsApp.
4. Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
- Group plans are purchased monthly in advance. Payment is made directly to the Operator.
- You may cancel by giving notice before the end of the current month. No partial refund is provided for a paid month that was not fully used.
- Private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the full fee is charged.
- Illness, injury, or military reserve service — the plan can be temporarily frozen by arrangement with the Operator.
- Statutory refund rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 apply where their conditions are met.
5. Participant Responsibilities and Health
- Martial-arts training involves physical activity and inherent risk. Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.
- You confirm that you are medically fit to participate. For any special condition (pregnancy, injury, chronic condition), you must inform the instructor in advance and consult a physician.
- Follow the instructor's guidance, respect other participants, and help keep the space clean and safe.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, videos, design) belongs to the Israeli Ki-Aikido Federation or is licensed to it, unless attributed otherwise. Copying, reproduction, or commercial use requires written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The site may link to external sites (YouTube, Ki Society, Facebook, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. The Operator's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may update these terms from time to time. The update date is shown at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the competent courts of Haifa.
